Marvin Tilghman – Service Manager

Marvin Tilghman has over 20 years of auto repair industry experience. Marvin got his start in the parts department at Advance Autoparts, but he was hungry to learn cars inside and out. Marvin has also worked in the wholesale department of Standard Autoparts, where he obtained a certificate from Sandler Sales Training and took advantage of the technical training opportunities offered by their vendors. For the past 15 years, Marvin worked as a manager at Mr. Tire, Monro Muffler Brakes & Service, and Firestone. 

Marvin is an ASE Certified Parts Specialist.

Derek Tucker – Auto Repair Mechanic 

Derek Tucker has been working on cars since getting his first car at 17. After years of experience, he enrolled in the Full Circle Auto Repair & Training Program to earn ASE certifications in seven out of ten fields. Derek graduated at the top of his class and has been leading auto repair in our Waverly location ever since. As a skilled mechanic, Derek is on a mission to serve all customers the right way and help them learn to stop car troubles before they start.
