Ten trainees are learning the ropes and repairing vehicles donated to our organization at any given time. The cars fixed by the Full Circle trainees are then awarded to hardworking families with financial challenges who are referred to our organization by social service agencies.
Since the training program’s inception, 170+ people have graduated from our program, and 100% of those graduated have gone on to find gainful employment. Of all graduates, 95% of all Full Circle graduates were formerly incarcerated, and less than 5% have returned to prison, a far cry from the national average recidivism rate of 77%.
