• This rebate offer is limited to one (1) rebate form per vehicle.
Consumer Redemption Details: For consumers to receive a rebate, they must:
1. Have a dated copy or original repair invoice that includes the qualifying product numbers and description of product on the repair invoice or rebate form.
2. Fully complete the rebate claim form
3. Visit www.technetprofessional.com/promotions, click the “Submit Your Rebate” link and follow the online instructions. Take photos of their proof of purchase (original or copy of repair invoice) from a participating TechNet Professional Automotive Service center and this form and follow the upload instructions. Select their rebate type 1) TechNet Professional Prepaid Mastercard sent via USPS mailed within 8 weeks of approved submission. 2) Prepaid Mastercard Virtual Card emailed within 48 hours of approved submission.
